Ah, the nice dirty engine bay of my ‘13 CR-V. Hopefully yours is cleaner.

Basically like this:
I don’t have a photo of mine specifically, but it’s actually pretty clean, I’m sure it got cleaned before the car was put on sale.

I call it the ranch, it’s where my 414 horses live.

Mine’s dirty, but it’s OptiSpark, so I’m afraid to wash it

All nice and clean and shiny (mechanicals love me), but then it is me so it’s bound to be clean.

There is a cover, but I took it off.

Mines much dirtier than this, and a lot more dark metallic blue.

Looks like this, but black bodywork. Don’t have a pic of mine handy.

My engine bay as of 10 minutes ago after my trip to town and back! :)
Ignore the dust and massive overamount of waxy undercoating stuff the garage sprayed all over the place and the dirt that has therefore stuck to it....but hey, 135,00kms in the salty winter roads and salt air of Nova Scotia, and no rust, so it’s doing it’s job! :)

The Prelude’s engine bay has definitely seen better days. But it was a rust belt car that I paid $800 for, so it’s to be expected. It was even worse before I did the engine swap.

Even better.

Two are like this, except ones got a dirty valve cover and the others bare aluminum.
The other ones still like this.
But I bought a space heater for my garage today.
